You can also build and publish your own via the Custom Agent Builder + AI Agent Marketplace.

What does RAG-grounded mean in ORQYNE?

Every AI agent runs on a Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipeline. Before the model writes a single token, it queries a tenant-scoped vector index built from your own documents, runbooks, payer policies, ADRs, and historical decisions. Outputs cite their sources. Cross-tenant retrieval is physically impossible — the index is partitioned per tenant.

Yes. Configure OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini keys at the tenant level via the Super Admin Console, or use ORQYNE's managed key. BYOK keys are encrypted at rest and only ever shown masked.

SSO is per-tenant — customers bring their own OIDC/SAML client credentials.
